Get swept away by world class singing in a unique cultural setting.
In 2026 the International Vocal Competition furthers its intimate, out-of-the-box concert series. Six evening concerts in unique historical locations in Den Bosch’s city center bring classical music as close to the public as it gets.
The series opens on 21 May in the hall of the Ruby Soho in Den Bosch with a performance by Theatre in Song Finalists soprano Camilla Saba Davies and zither player Sarah Luisa Wurmer. They present their program, Where Paths Diverge, an exploration of the so-called butterfly effect that asks “what if?” Japanese folksong mingles with German Lied by Aribert Reimann, Italian verses by Barbara Strozzi and the ever-comforting Franz Schubert.
Further concerts will be announced shortly. Please check the website regularly for more details and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about any an all updates regarding the IVC and Song in the City!
