In November, come to a week of singing and thinking about the future of singing in 's-Hertogenbosch. The International Vocal Competition organizes the IVC Mozart Masterclass & More, given by three renowned masters: mezzo-soprano Vesselina Kasarova, soprano Roberta Alexander and baritone Thomas Oliemans. They work with eight soloists on repertoire by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In addition, leading professionals such as Sarah Connolly (mezzo-soprano and IVC laureate), Manuel Brug (opera journalist Die Welt), Rosemary Joshua (Dutch National Opera Studio) and Joan Matabosch (Teatro Real Madrid) talk with the participants about the future of their profession.

The masterclass week opens on November 28 with an IVC laureate concert in which soprano Bernadeta Astari, mezzo-soprano Nina van Essen and tenor Anton Kuzenok perform. On November 29, the lyricist Marc Pantus and composer Bart Visman speak about their composition, the new IVC prize song "The Gold of Vermeer". IVC-laureate and Dutch Music Prize winner, tenor Peter Gijsbertsen, performs compositions by this Duo. On December 2, a Forum takes place about the future as it now looks for (young) singers.
