Renumeration policy

The foundations does not have a CAO – regulation. The staff receives a salary which is agreed upon at the moment of joining the foundation. This salary will be indexed annually based upon the CBS-prijsindexcijfer of the preceding calendar year. Members of the board of the Stiching ‘s-Hertogenbosch Muziekstad receive no payments nor reimbursements for participating in the board meetings.

Goal

The foundation’s goal is to promote interest in and knowledge of classical vocal music. This goal is reached through the discovery of young vocal talent and the offering of development possibilities to these singers, as well as offering possibilities to perform and everything that is connected directly or indirectly with this goal, in the broadest sense possible.
