- Runfeng Gao - baritone
- He Wu - soprano
- Yunyang Zang - baritone
On the jury panel were soprano Roberta Alexander, tenor Prof. Zizheng Yu, baritone Sergei Leikerkus, Bo Song, Zuoxin Wang and mezzo-soprano/general manager IVC Annett Andriesen.
