Duo with mezzo-soprano Adèle Charvet
Being a very eclectic musician, Florian Caroubi approaches enthusiastically a broad panel of
repertoires and styles: solo piano, chamber music, accompaniment of singers and orchestral conducting.
He was invited to play as a soloist with the Chamber orchestra of Toulouse and the Chamber orchestra of Chisinau. He also created a duo with mezzo-soprano Adèle Charvet with whom he obtained the Prix de la Mélodie at the international lied competition Nadia and Lili Boulanger (Paris). Florian is graduated with a master degree in piano interpretation at the prestigious CNSMD (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse of Lyon) which he obtained with the congratulations of the jury, and has a Bachelor in piano accompaniment.
Florian is also involved in a several educational projects. He is the musical director of the Carillon of Papageno, a musical association that promotes opera and lyrical art. In this context, he participated at the creation of pedagogical shows as La Petite Flûte Enchantée. Besides, in association with the Syrah Quartet and the Opera of Marseille, he participates at the Apprentice Conductor Project that initiates teenagers to the orchestral conducting, royal road to approach the marvels and the mysteries of music.
